KEY INFORMATION BEFORE STARTING YOUR APPLICATION 

WE ARE NOT A FREE SERVICE YOU WILL RECEIVE A CHARGE IF WE FIND A TEST MEETING YOUR APPLICATION FORM REQUIREMENTS – OUR FEES: We charge the standard DVSA test rate for your test (to see these prices please go to the DVSA Official site) on top of this fee we charge our £40 administration fee (non-refundable).

By filling in this form you are agreeing to our full terms and conditions, our company holds every right to hold you to these terms. Our staff can also refuse service to any individual they see fit, and will not tolerate any form of abuse from a customer (Pupil, Parent or Instructor). 

PLEASE READ Terms and Conditions 

BEFORE YOU START: 

DO NOT FILL IN THE FORM IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A TEST BOOKED. WE WILL NOT CANCEL, SWAP OR MOVE ANY TEST BOOKED BY YOU OR ANY OTHER COMPANY. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO CANCEL YOUR TEST PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY. 

– Please ensure you complete the form in its entirety, do not leave any gaps. If a box does not apply to you please put N/A (not applicable). 

– It can take anything from 1 – 28 days to find you a test to meet your requirements, there is no need to contact us until we have secured you a test. There is no 100% guarantee we can find you a test. If you have been waiting MORE THAN 28 days you may wish to contact us to see where you are in our waiting list. Please TEXT the number at the bottom of the page supplying; your full name, test centre/s you have chosen and the date the form was submitted, we will then contact you with an update once we get a chance. We will continue to search on your form unless instructed otherwise and/or we contact you regarding your application form. 

– Please only complete the form ticking the month/s and centre/s that you wish to pay for. With our facility you CANNOT reject the test offered to you, without paying for our search time (admin fee), our company attempts to give a custom experience finding a one off test meeting your requirements stipulated on the form. 

– It is important that you input both your instructors and your availability, if we secure you a test and either of you are unable to do the date supplied; and it is not stipulated on your form that you are unavailable, you will be liable for the £40 admin fee.

– If your availability changes at any point (before a test has been booked for you) a new form will need to be completed. Your old search will automatically be removed from the system. Please note you are responsible for ensuring your instructors availability is also up to date. We do not accept text or email updates, a new form MUST be completed. 

– Once submitted YOU DO NOT NEED TO CONTACT US! A confirmation that we received the form, will be sent directly to your email address supplied. If you cannot see it, please check your junk/ spam folder. Please keep hold of this email as proof of submission. 

ONCE YOUR TEST IS BOOKED: 

– We do not take payment until a test has been secured for you. Payment will be requested from you once a test has been booked and is invoiced for 11am the next working day. HOWEVER if a last minute test is booked for you payment will be requested from you by 7pm the same working day. If you do not wish for this type of last minute payment this will need to be stipulated on your application form. 

– We will contact you directly with the date and time of the test as well as an invoice via email. Please follow the instructions to complete payment. There is no need to contact us once payment has been made, a receipt will be sent to you once payment has been made. Payment will be checked after the deadline on your invoice, we will then send your a confirmation via text message. Please refrain from moving, swapping or cancelling your test until this point. 

– Your DVSA confirmation email will be forwarded to the email address provided. 

– Any test secured under your licence details is NOT owned by you until all fees have been paid. This means you are NOT AUTHORISED to move, swap or cancel this test, if this occurs you will be liable for the full test and admin fee. 

– If payment is not supplied for ANY REASON, your test will be cancelled and an admin fee will be re-invoiced to you. This will need to be paid by the date stipulated. If this payment is not made an additional admin fee of £60 will be added to this total and will be escalated to a small claims court. 

– We are not obligated to forward on your test results and you will be required to change the preferred email to your own with the examiner on your test date. If this is not done and we receive your report we do not guarantee this will be forwarded to you. 

IF YOUR TEST IS CANCELLED OR MOVED:

‘Quick Test’ are not liable if the DVSA moves or cancels your test after purchase. All information about your cancellation and/ or new dates supplied by the DVSA will be forwarded to you once received to the email address provided. 

If you cancel your own test after purchase we will refund you the full test fee. However you will need to contact us on 07870 520096, please send us a polite text message stating; that you have cancelled your test, date, time and location of your test as well as your bank account information. We will then be in touch regarding a refund as soon as we can. Please note you have three months to claim your refund, this starts from the date your cancellation took place, we are not obligated to hold on to your information past this period and a refund may not be issued.
